How Mozillion plans work

All the plans below are SIM only, so you keep your phone and swap the SIM. The main differences are the amount of data and how you pay:

  • 1-month rolling: you pay every month and can change or leave after each month.
  • Pay as you go, 12 or 24 months: you pay once for the whole period. The monthly equivalent is lower than the rolling price, but you pay more upfront.
  • Pay Monthly Plus (24 months): you pay a first payment today, then 23 smaller monthly payments.

Unlimited calls and texts and EU roaming are included on every plan.

What does “or FREE every month” mean?

Next to the prices, Mozillion shows “or FREE every month”. This refers to its Kill Your Bill rewards. You buy gift cards for well-known retailers through the Mozillion app and earn a reward that is credited to your phone bill. Mozillion says rewards can be up to 17% of your spending and that any unused credit rolls over to the next bill.

Whether your bill drops, or reaches zero, depends on how much you spend at participating brands each month, so treat the listed price as what you pay if you do not use Kill Your Bill. Check the details on Mozillion’s Kill Your Bill page before you rely on it.

How to choose the right plan

  1. Check your real data use. Look in your phone’s settings for how much mobile data you used over the last few months. Many people use far less than their plan allows.
  2. Decide how you want to pay. A rolling 1-month plan is the most flexible. A one-off payment for 12 or 24 months lowers the monthly equivalent, but costs more upfront.
  3. Compare the total cost. Multiply a monthly price by the months you plan to stay, and compare it with the one-off and Pay Monthly Plus totals.
  4. Check your current contract. If you are still in a contract, leaving early may cost you.
  5. Keep your number. Text PAC to 65075 to get a Porting Authorisation Code from your current provider, then give it to Mozillion when you switch.

Can I keep my phone number?

In most cases, yes. Request a PAC code from your current provider by texting PAC to 65075, then give it to Mozillion when you sign up.
